We support you to transform your face-to-face trainings into engaging digital training courses.

Success Stories

Since 2005 we advise, develop concepts and train managers and employees of renowned companies.
Many success stories came to life when working with our customers. An open dialogue is crucial in order to know exactly the demands and wishes of each case and take all important points into account.

Innovative product-trainings – easy three times

Requirements

A mechanical engineering company with a broad and complex range of products wished to improve the knowledge of its sales and product managers worldwide –  fast and efficiently. The most important information about more than 50 products had to be structured. The development of the training had to be lean and effective. The format had to be open and flexible.

Our approach

perspektive3 developed a training concept which made everything easier:

  1. It made the management and the updating of the content easier
  2. It made the recording of the content easier
  3. It made the work of the product managers easier.

Implementation

The overall concept described the goals and the parameters of the training, such as the didactics, the technology, the design, the media and the evaluation. Through an individualized web-editor, the training’s contents were gathered together with products’ pictures, illustrations and videos. The user finds his way around the online campus easily and gets all the information he needs.

The relevant data has been compiled fast through interviews with the product managers and various checklists about the products. The development of the online portal was lean and the time required for corrections was reduced to a minimum.

Special features

The current digital user behavior played an important role in the development of the learning environment. The format is fully scalable and there are no limiting frameworks. Through the individualized web-editor, almost 50% of the costs are reduced for the development of new learning modules compared to a conventional authoring tool.

Performing better through regular feedbacks

Requirements

This was not about the annual staff appraisals, but more about regular feedback meetings with the employees.

Our approach

After getting a thorough briefing of the customer, perspektive3 searched for the best format to support the face-to-face trainings. The solution was a WBT in preparation for the face-to-face trainings as well as a consultation tool.

Implementation

A worldwide-standardized process for feedback meetings was defined. Through the WBT, guidelines and checklists can be obtained and printed out anytime. The fast and professional delivery of feedback enhances the performance of the employees and the company.

Special features

An international company has developed a worldwide-standardized feedback culture. It doesn’t matter in which country, all employees have the same standards when it comes to having feedback meetings.

Prevention - Reacting adequately in dangerous situations

Requirements

Public persons, their families and close employees have a high safety risk. The risk is also high for the data in their electronic devices. In this case, the customer wished to raise the awareness of the target group for this topic and give them important information about how to react in different situations in order to minimize the risk and react adequately in the case of danger.

Our approach

For perspektive3, it was clear that there were two important points to address in the training: to raise the awareness of the invisible dangers in the environment of the target group and enable them to react accordingly. For this, we developed different situations in all spheres of life of the target group, showing the potential dangers around them.  Through checklists and guidelines, the target group got important information about how to react in each situation.

Implementation

We developed a qualitative, hybrid eLearning. It has been handed over to the customer via an USB-stick. The situations have been illustrated in detail, having two different perspectives: one of an average person and the other of a security manager. Depending on how the person wants to learn, he/she can access the training differently, either by exploring every situation or by getting directly all the relevant information and guidelines.

Special features

The developed eLearning addresses all target groups: from the public persons themselves who lack in time and need all the information in a fast and structured manner to the family and personal assistants of this group, who may have more time to explore the situations and get the information in an interactive way. The data and information can be updated easily and the checklists and guidelines can be printed out in case someone wants to check something on the way.

Target-group-specific online portal

Requirements

The international company we worked with had a particular software for every requirement – which made it quite difficult for the user to have an overview of all of them. perspektive3 analyzed all the tools and data of the training and developed more than 30 guidelines for 12 different topics.

Our approach

It was clear for perspektive3 that the information had to be structured in an easy way. By developing a centralized information point, not only new employees could get an adequate onboarding to the various software, but also experts could be able to find the required information in the moment of need.

Implementation

When developing the concept, perspektive3 focused on structuring all the information in order to offer a fast and easy way to access all the data. A “learning portal” was set up in the intranet of the company, offering a platform for learning on-demand as well as a handy reference.

Special features

The developed learning environment met the demands of the target group, offering an easy access to the portal and an on-demand source of information. Furthermore, the learning targets were met through precise step-by-step guidelines, visualizing screencasts and helpful illustrations. What’s more: portals are not only a suitable tool for target groups, but can also be helpful to support and accompany the steps of a project.

Training a complex software

Requirements

For the improvement of global safety standards in an international company, a new software was introduced. The task was to train the employees fast to know how to work with the new software, keeping in mind two different user groups – administrators and normal users.

Our approach

When developing the training, we focused on the modularization of the learning content. We analyzed the different functions, the learning objectives and the target groups. The development of an interactive and innovative learning programme started, taking into account all the possible user situations of the target group.

Implementation

perspektive3 developed a bilingual WBT with focus on practical examples. Through the implementation of clickable screens of the software, the user gets to know how to work with it thoroughly. The interaction within the WBT keeps the learner motivated to continue learning. Illustrations and animations make the whole training more attractive.

Special features

Learning how to work with the new software has become more interesting through the integration of real situations and the interaction within the learning programme. Through short quizzes within the training, the learned content could be revised in small steps.
